Store leftover clusters in the refrigerator. Allow the chocolate to completely set in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Place the caramels in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Reserve 1/4 cup toffee bits and set aside.Add the syrup to the dry ingredients and mix all of the ingredients together. Crush them up to sprinkle on top of the clusters later. Place the coconut flakes, pumpkin seeds, and chia seeds in a medium mixing bowl. Use about 11 to 12 cashew halves per cluster.
